IPCOIN0001 – Project for a new commercial port in Colombia. The port can count we a concession for 20 + 10 years and will in its first phase be for liquid bulk purposes. The port will be operational as per 2024. Port build and operations will be handled by global market leaders. The project requires an investment of 349.5 M USD. The consortium is open to debt, equity or hybrid. The port is estimated to reach break even in year 9 of operations with an IRR of 13% in year 10.
