IPBETO0001 – Cruise port project close to Belize City.  The port which will be located on an artificial island will be able to host 4 cruise ships. Facilities include a hotel, shops, restaurants, golf course, marina, botanical garden and beach. A solar park will take care of the energy needs of port and facilities. A 202 M USD is sought for the port only. The consortium is open to debt, equity and hybrid.
